Timeshare Exchange Rules

Our exchange rules are simple and straight forward.

When you deposit your week in our exchange system, you may reserve any week available in the exchange pool. You will have total access to the exchange pool and may select and reserve any week in the pool on a one deposited week for one exchange week basis. there are no charges incurred for depositing your week or reserving a week. This is a free service for you to enjoy.

You may withdraw your deposited week any time prior to it being reserved.

Once your deposited week is reserved it may not be withdrawn.

When you deposit a week you are authorizing Timeshare World MLS.com and it's affiliates and other site users permission to reserve the week you bank without recourse and or compensation.

When you deposit your week you release Timeshare World MLS.com from any and all liability that may arise from depositing the week, loss of the use of the week, and any and all other potential forms of liability that may arise from your participation.

When you deposit a week you warrant that you own or otherwise control the week you are depositing, are authorized to use the week under the terms and conditions of the program rules of your timeshare resort and that all resort fees are current for the week you are depositing.

It's just that simple, when you click the submit button after entering your information in the Deposit your Week page you are indicating that you have read, understand and agree to the Exchange Rules.
