This is a real money offer for the timeshare described below. I have placed 5% of my offer price in escrow to validate this offer by way of credit card. I understand that prior to the offers acceptance, I may withdraw the offer in which case my earnest money deposit shall be credited back to my card. This offer is not contingent on financing and I have the financial means to close the sale using cash or pre approved credit.
